Ann Schendel, LMFT
Over the past 12 years, Ann has developed her approach to working with individuals, couples, and families using the best of Western psychology in combination with Eastern influences. Ann's practical approach is strength-based and focuses on mindfulness, body awareness, and creating new solutions and stories. Her work draws from narrative, collaborative, and solution focused models. She offers and invites compassion to the work and balances this with respectful humor. Ann has worked with a wide variety of problems and can help with an array of mental health healing.
Ann holds a masters degree in marriage & family therapy and professional counseling from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She has experience working with people suffering depression, anxiety, grief/loss, post traumatic stress, personality development, trauma, schizophrenia, addiction, and couple/family communication.
