Jan Weber, MSW, LICSW
Jan believes that earning the trust of clients is vital to developing a sincere, competent and ethical relationship. Being able to understand the feelings, thoughts and experiences of another assures that the client’s values, goals and needs influence the therapeutic process. Her humbling experiences with life’s challenges guide her with others who are facing complex situations. She believes that you can be resilient despite challenges, and have personal strengths, which help to triumph over adversities. Jan’s Lakota heritage guides her beliefs about each individual’s sacred nature and the holistic nature of our being.
