Lisa Lorimer, Psy. D., L.P.
My approach recognizes that people are inherently gifted. Many people are searching for the paths they need to heal themselves and others. I believe working with people collaboratively creates new solutions and stories for their lives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation techniques, journaling, psychodynamic approaches and goal setting. Therapeutic homework assignments are valuable in that they use the world as a laboratory to test out new options and ways of being.
