Stress is at an all time high in our society today due to unprecedented concerns with family, work, financial and health concerns. Now, more than ever we need to increase our ability to cope with and reduce the damaging effects of stress in our lives. InnerLight Healing Center is dedicated to helping people remain healthy and manage the stressors of life before they impact physical and mental wellbeing. InnerLight Wellness Series is designed to allow you to create a program based on your specific needs by choosing modules that most appropriately address your concerns.
Most stress and wellness programs today focus on how to manage time, improve diet and exercise and avoid stressful circumstances. As important and useful as these strategies are, they are not enough to create a sense of wellbeing and confidence in one’s ability to meet the challenges of life. Our program is uniquely designed to strengthen and expand participant’s ability to connect with and access inner resources so that the stressors of life become more manageable. When we are able to view life from a place of our strength and source, we are more creative, open and able to move through difficult life experiences.
Programs can be designed based on available time and content that most directly meets your needs. Each module is designed for a minimum of 1 hour but can be expanded to extend up to a 6 hour time period. When a longer time is appropriated, more strategies, concepts and skills will be presented and a greater amount of the session is given to integrating and practicing the concepts and skills.
