Your First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit you will be greeted by our office staff and guided through the intake process. You will be given information about our Center, our Privacy Policy, and asked to fill out forms to help your therapist understand your needs. If you are using insurance, you will be asked to sign forms, which allow us to submit claims for your visits.

Communication with Primary Care Physicians
In order to help you receive the best care possible we encourage creating a partnership with your primary care physician. If you are currently seeing a physician for treatment, we will ask for your permission to provide diagnostic information and treatment goals to integrate and coordinate the care you receive elsewhere with the work you do in therapy.

It is our intention to create a supportive and healing environment in which people can openly and honestly explore and resolve life problems. Our staff is equipped to work with individuals, couples, adolescents, children and families.

Using Your Insurance
Our Center is in network with most major insurance companies. We have a lengthy list of insurance providers with whom we work, some of the major companies include, Blue Cross, Medica, and Preferred One. Should we not be part of your insurance network, you may still be able to see one of our therapists through an out of network benefit. Our competent staff will help you understand your benefits.
Cash, Check or Credit Card
For some clients who do not have insurance, prefer to pay with cash or for whom no medical diagnosis is found, we offer private pay options. Clients who pay for each session out of pocket immediately receive a 10 percent discount off our regular prices.
We also offer a multiple session discount plan, which allows you to buy up to 8 sessions at a discounted price.
Payments may be made by cash, check or VISA/Mastercard.
